My normal working day at school starts at seven o’clock in the morning . I have four periods every day . My day finishes at 12 o’clock , then I go back to home.

What sort of students do you teach and what subject do you teach them?
I teach students who study at intermediate stage. They are 13 to 15 years old. I teach them English subject and sometimes.

When and where do you plan for your lessons?
I usually plan for my lessons at home after dinner. If I forget to prepare them at home, I plan them at school in the morning.

I would like to know about the recent strategies that I could use in my classroom. I often have free time in the evening that I can spend in studying.

Why did you decide to come to this conference?
I decided to come here so I can know more about teaching. I can attend workshops and practice new teaching strategies. I also plan to share my ideas about teaching with other teachers.

Yes, I can. Last week I planned a lesson using an active learning strategy. The students were working all the time. They really enjoyed the lesson and asked me to use similar activities every class.

I teach adult students in the evening and a lot of them are tired after work
What can I do ? Can you give me some advice?
It is very hard for them to receive information when they are tired. Therefore, I would suggest that you do not give them a lot of work in the class. Also, try to make your class enjoyable so they would be active.

الكثير من طلابي يشكون من أنني أعطيهم الكثير من الواجبات المنزلية .
انهم يعتقدون انها مضيعة للوقت. ما هو رأيك في الواجبات المنزلية؟
A lot of my students complain that I give them much homework.
They think it’s a waste of time .What’s your opinion about homework?
In my opinio, students need to know that homework is good for them. You could tell them that it will help them to be prepared for the next lesson. It also make them think. As a result, their grade will go up.

I like planning lessons with another teacher- it’s great for exchanging ideas.
What about you? How do you work with your teaching colleagues?
I also exchange ideas with my colleague. We both work together to plan lessons and design activities. The good thing is that the students like how we work as a team. It is a great way to show them we are working as a team.

There are a lot of English Materials that you can use in your class. You should use videos that can attract their attention. For example, a video about a topic that is interesting. You also could encourage them to use dictionaries if they want to translate some words.

The students in our school really enjoy using computers in the classroom, but some of the teachers prefer traditional methods .What is your opinion about using technology in the classroom?
I believe that using computers is a very good material to present a lesson. Students really enjoy it, which help you making the lesson very interesting. You also could use it to show your students pictures and videos.

I am new to teaching and I only finished my teacher training last year .

Yes, I can. The reason why I becam a teacher is because I like helping people. Because of that, I decided to join teachers’ college so I can help people learn

after I graduate. After that, I applied for a teaching position in a high school and they hired me.
Why did you decided to come to this conference?
I looked at the event scheduale and I find severl interesting topics. I am going to attend these workshops so I can learn something new from them. I also planning to meet other teachers in order to share our ideas.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction about changing the meeting room.
I believe that changing the meeting room would cause a problem. It is known to you that there would be more than 120 participants in the meeting. As a result, the new room you have prepared will not be sufficient to hold those people. Additionally, having that number of people in a small place could put them in danger.
Furthermore, I was disappointed by the plan for the meeting. The meeting schedule is not designed professionally. There is not enough time to discuss the problems we have in the school.
I would suggest changing the room , and selecting one that can hold 120 people. I also hope that you change the meeting plan so we have the opportunity to share our ideas.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction about having advertisement in the teachers’ room.
I believe the changes to the website will not benefit the goal of this website. The reason behind that is the teachers will face problems when these advertisements appear in their computers. In other words, many computer viruses would attack our computers.
In addition, the fees that we are required to pay is expensive. I believe that five ponds would be appropriate. Many teachers would know about the special member benefits. Therefore, could you please inform us what these benefits are?
Furthermore, I would suggest that you provide more materials for new teachers.
